    Manager / Exercise Physiologist

    Tiarne is a Accredited Exercise Physiologist, previously gaining experience throughout the health and fitness industry and working as a personal trainer.

    Tiarne is passionate about promoting exercise for rehabilation and working collaboratively to develop individualised plans to assist in health promotion and achieving personal goals. Tiarne is adept at fostering positive client relationships and providing measured, evidence-based decisions about their care. Tiarne is determined to improve the overall wellbeing of individuals and the positive impacts of exercise.

    Outside of the gym, she is a keen netballer, and loves walking her dog.

  • Tyler Radovanovic

    Exercise Sport Scientist

    Tyler holds a Bachelor of Exercise and Sport Science and is deeply committed to helping individuals achieve their fitness goals and enhance their overall quality of life. She has a strong interest in injury management and prevention, which led her to work towards a Master’s degree in Exercise Physiology. Tyler is dedicated to fostering a supportive and positive environment, empowering individuals to reach their unique health and fitness objectives.

    Tyler enjoys playing sport and gymnastics in her free time throughout the week.

  • Timothy Verster

    Exercise Scientist / Personal Trainer

    Tim holds a Bachelor of Exercise and Sport Science and is an AUSactive qualified personal trainer.

    Tim has built a versatile athletic foundation with experience in semi-professional football, powerlifting, running and swimming. His broad background allows him to adapt training to a diverse range of needs and physical capabilities.

    Outside the gym, Tim enjoys surfing, swimming and spending time with friends and family.

  • William Shanahan

    Exercise Sport Scientist

    William holds a Bachelor of Exercise Science. William’s passion lies in his desire to help and progress individuals to achieve their personal fitness goals as well as create better health outcomes. William values building supportive relationships with his clients and creating a positive environment that helps them achieve their individual health goals. William’s desire to help has encouraged him to further his studies to completing a Master’s degree in Exercise Physiology.

    Outside of work, William enjoys going to the gym, playing soccer and playing recreational golf.
